From Highway 101, take the Woodside Road (Hwy 84) exit heading west. At the second light, turn left onto Bay Road and proceed four blocks south to Sweeney Avenue. Turn right onto Sweeney Avenue and proceed to 812 Sweeney, which is located on the left hand side of the street at the end of the block.
